Deliveries to most areas in New Zealand are 3- 5 working days. "Working day" is Monday - Friday. You will receive a tracking number when your parcel is on the way to you.

Please notify us if your order is urgent.

Please be advised that during the Christmas time or sales periods, shipping times may vary (2-3 weeks).

If there is likely to be a delay due to items being out of stock or otherwise, we will notify you via email.

We do not take any responsibility for items that are lost during transit. Please contact your local post office, with your tracking number, to trace the parcel or lodge a claim.

WITHIN NEW ZEALAND

Standard shipping is:

$7.00 for full price retail orders (courier and tracked) plus $4.00 additional charge for RD or Rural addresses

OTHER COUNTRIES WORLDWIDE

Price to be advised depending on weight and contents
